Certified AI Coworkers come pre-built with verified integrations, specialized skills and enterprise controls to handle operational roles across IT and security
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 6, 2026 — Atomicwork today announced its AI Coworker Marketplace, giving enterprise IT and security teams access to pre-built, certified AI Coworkers designed to take on operational roles across cloud infrastructure, access management, security and device operations.
The marketplace introduces Atomicwork-certified AI Coworkers with verified integration and skill coverage for the systems required to perform their roles. Each AI Coworker has also been evaluated against realistic enterprise use cases, giving organizations a faster way to deploy AI workers without having to build and validate them from scratch.
The initial lineup includes Atom, an employee support operations AI Coworker, along with Cloud Ops Engineer, Access Ops Manager, Network Ops Engineer, Sec Ops Manager and Device Ops Engineer. These AI Coworkers can work across enterprise systems including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Okta, Active Directory, Splunk and Datadog.
"Enterprise IT teams don't need another catalog of agents that can perform a handful of demos. They need AI Coworkers they can trust with real operational work across the systems their businesses depend on," said Vijay Rayapati, CEO and co-founder of Atomicwork. "We've built these AI Coworkers around specific IT and security roles, equipped them with the tools and skills those roles require, and evaluated them against realistic enterprise scenarios so customers can deploy them with greater confidence to be their eyes, ears and hands when they need a second pair."
Building an AI workforce for enterprise IT
Atomicwork enables service teams to design, deploy and govern AI Coworkers that handle operational roles rather than individual tasks. Each AI Coworker can have its own operating procedures, tools, permissions, reporting structure and budget, and organizations can measure its work using many of the same operational metrics they already use for human teams, including mean time to resolution and tickets handled.
The marketplace extends that model by giving customers AI Coworkers that Atomicwork has already built for specific operational domains. Certification verifies that each AI Coworker has the integrations and skills required for its designated role and has been evaluated against realistic enterprise use cases.
The Cloud Ops Engineer, for example, works across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform to perform diagnostics, triage incidents and identify gaps across cloud environments. It combines platform-specific diagnostic capabilities with skills for escalation and issue resolution, drawing on an organization's existing skill and code libraries.
The Access Ops Manager works across enterprise identity and access systems to help teams manage employee access requests and automate recurring provisioning workflows. The Sec Ops Manager supports security operations across enterprise security platforms, while the Device Ops Manager focuses on device-related IT operations.
Each AI Coworker comes equipped with the skills and integrations required for its role, reducing the work IT teams would otherwise spend connecting systems, defining procedures and validating an agent's capabilities.
Giving enterprises a faster path to trusted AI operations
Cloud infrastructure, security operations and network operations require specialized expertise and generate large volumes of recurring operational work. Enterprises introducing AI into these environments also have to determine which systems an agent can access, what actions it can take and how those actions should be governed.
Most agent marketplaces provide a catalog of available agents but offer limited evidence of what those agents can actually do. Atomicwork's certification process addresses that gap by verifying that each AI Coworker has the necessary integration and skill coverage for its operational role and has been vetted against realistic enterprise scenarios.
Atomicwork also provides governance controls across network access, tools and code execution to help organizations manage how AI Coworkers interact with enterprise systems.
Customers can deploy certified AI Coworkers using different AI models and agent harnesses, including within their own infrastructure. Once deployed, organizations can evaluate their performance as they work on tickets and review weekly recommendations for improving their skills and operating procedures. These recommendations compare actual performance against expected behavior and identify areas where an AI Coworker may need improvement.
Atomicwork also supports Okta's Cross App Access, or XAA, protocol, an OAuth extension designed for secure agent-to-app and app-to-app connections. XAA enables AI Coworkers to act on behalf of authorized users while maintaining enterprise access controls.
Early deployments across enterprise IT
Enterprises are already deploying Atomicwork AI Coworkers to automate recurring IT operations. After Atom, Access Ops Manager is the second most deployed certified AI Coworker, helping organizations handle employee access requests and provisioning workflows. Across Atomicwork customers using access automation, applications that don't require approval have a median turnaround time of just 18 seconds, while those requiring approval have a median turnaround time of 2.5 hours.
The marketplace represents the first stage of Atomicwork's broader plan to create an ecosystem for enterprise AI Coworkers. The initial marketplace consists of AI Coworkers built and certified by Atomicwork, while third parties can contribute skills and integrations through its MCP store and skill registry.
Over time, Atomicwork plans to expand the marketplace to allow third-party organizations to publish their own AI Coworkers and validate them against Atomicwork's enterprise evaluation benchmarks.
